Warranty Information

All products purchased from our store are covered by a warranty in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The warranty period is determined by the manufacturer and starts from the date of purchase.

Warranty Terms:

• The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects.

• During the warranty period, product quality is ensured by the manufacturer.

• The customer must use the product according to the user manual.

• The warranty is void if:

  • the product is used improperly;

  • there are mechanical, thermal, or chemical damages;

  • warranty seals, stickers, or labels are removed or damaged;

  • unauthorized repair or modification has been performed.

Warranty for Qbit Computers System Units:
All Qbit computers-branded system units are covered by a 2 (two) year warranty,
provided that all warranty seals, stickers, and labels remain intact and the device shows no visible physical or other damages.

To receive warranty service, please provide the product and proof of purchase (receipt or contract).
