This Return Policy is established in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Protection of Consumer Rights” and defines the conditions and procedures for returning or exchanging products purchased from our store.
1. Return Conditions:
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of purchase.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, with complete packaging, accessories, and documentation.
Products with visible damage, signs of use, or incomplete sets are not eligible for return.
2. Return of Non-Defective Goods:
If the product is of proper quality but does not meet the customer’s expectations (color, size, configuration, etc.), it may be returned within 14 days provided that it has not been used and retains its original packaging and appearance.
3. Refund Procedure:
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
If the payment was made by bank card, the refund will be issued to the same card.
4. Special Conditions (QuantumPC):
QuantumPC system units and custom-built PCs can only be returned if a manufacturing defect is identified.
All warranty seals, stickers, and labels must remain intact, and the case must be free of visible damage.
